The manual garlic harvesting machine is mainly used for harvesting mature garlic and can also be used for harvesting other root crops such as onions and potatoes.

This machine features a hand-held design that is compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, making it ideal for small and medium-sized farms, as well as hilly or narrow fields.

Its main functions include digging out garlic bulbs with roots, shaking off the soil, and laying them neatly in rows. It greatly reduces manual labor intensity and improves harvesting efficiency. The maximum harvesting area can reach about 15 mu per day, which is approximately 1 acre per hour.

Working Principle

Digging: The front of the machine is equipped with a curved digging blade that enters the soil during operation, lifting the garlic bulbs together with the soil.

Soil Separation: Through a vibrating screen or eccentric vibration mechanism, the soil is shaken off, allowing the garlic bulbs to be cleaned and separated.

Laying: After soil removal, the garlic bulbs are automatically laid neatly on the ground for easy manual collection or mechanical bagging.
